BOOKING METHOD:
- Refundable reservation
For Villas and apartments:
30% deposit at the time of booking, balance on departure.
For the Rooms under the stars:
30% deposit at the time of booking and balance upon departure.
When booking, you must indicate the details of a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation made.
CANCELLATION METHOD
For Villas and apartments:
no penalty for cancellations up to 60 days before arrival;
penalty of 30% of the total amount for cancellations made 59 to 30 days before arrival.
penalty of 80% of the total amount for cancellations made 29 to 9 days before arrival;
penalty of 100% of the amount for cancellations made 9 days before arrival or in case of no-show.
For the rooms under the stars:
no penalty for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival;
penalty of 100% of the amount in case of cancellations within 13 days of arrival.
- NON-refundable reservation
The full amount can be withdrawn at any time after the booking
