House 4 people of 120 square meters with private garden : living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 queen size bedroom, 1 twin room and 2 en-suite bathrooms with shower.The bedrooms have mosquito net and air conditioning. Private outdoor equipped space.

Rates include:

bed, bath and kitchen linen;
daily cleaning for the bedroom and the bathroom (excluding Sunday and national holiday);
free use of the summer swimming pool (from May 1° to September 30);

wi-fi

free use of gym, tennis court, soccer field and mountain bike.

Rates not include:

Turkish Bath Euro 10,00 per person (minimum 2 people 20 minutes);
pool towels Euro 4,00 each;
change of bed linen, towels and kitchen linen;
continental breakfast on request Euro 12,00 a per person per day and Euro 6,00 per child per day;
city tax Euro 1,50 per day per person for the first 4 days (excluding children up to 11 years);
soccer field per hour per night use Euro 15,00 including lighting.

From July 1 to August 15 weekly stay from Saturday to Saturday.
